At Pickford Builders, we specialise in working with loss adjusters handling claims for damage caused by fire, escape of water, flood, subsidence and impact. We have a team of skilled tradesmen including electricians, plumbers, plasterers, painters and decorators, carpenters and tilers.
We carry out insurance repairs to domestic, commercial and industrial premises, often whilst still occupied. We work closely with the building owners and/or occupants to complete the repairs with minimal disruption and inconvenience.
We work throughout Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.

Our process
To maintain efficiency and clear communication, we assign each claim with a Contracts Manager and Project Co-ordinator, who work together to ensure a smooth delivery of the project. The Contracts Manager oversees the technical aspect of the repairs, conducts site visits and manages the site team. The Project Co-ordinator manages the claim from our office, liaising with all parties to ensure clear communication and co-ordination of information throughout.
