Our subsidence damage insurance repair process
Step 1: Initial contact and site assessment
Once we have been appointed by your insurer, we will contact you to arrange the initial visit by our Contracts Manager and your appointed Structural Engineer.
Step 2: Detailed repair schedule
Following the site visit, the Contracts Manager will produce a schedule of the approved repairs which will be submitted for approval by the appointed Structural Engineer.
Step 3: Instruction, commencing work and ongoing communication
On receipt of the formal instruction to proceed, we allocate our skilled site team to carry out the agreed structural repairs for your property. Throughout the repair process, we will keep you informed, communicating details of progress and any necessary changes to ensure the smooth delivery of the structural repairs to your property.
Step 4: Final inspection and quality assurance
On conclusion of the structural repairs and scheduled works, there will be a meeting to ensure all works are completed meet the required standards. You will then be issued with appropriate guarantees. The Certificate of Structural Adequacy (CoSA) will be issued by your appointed Engineer.
