Our impact damage insurance repair process
Step 1: Initial contact and safety measures
On appointment by your insurer, one of our Insurance Co-ordinators will contact you to arrange any propping and make safe works that your insurer deems necessary to support and secure the construction until the rebuilding works can commence.
Step 2: Site assessment and schedule of works
Our Contracts Manager will attend site to assess the damage and prepare a detailed schedule of works for approval by your insurance company. On receiving approval to proceed we will assign our skilled site team to carry out the agreed works efficiently and to the highest of standards.
Step 3: Clear communication throughout
Throughout the repair process, we will keep you informed and liaise with you to communicate the present position and progress to date to minimise the duration of your property repairs. If alterations or amendments are required to the scheduled works, these will be issued directly to your insurance company for approval and so helping to reduce any on site delays.
Step 4: Completion of works and issuing of documentation
Once the work has been completed, a thorough inspection will be carried out to confirm that all works meet the required standard and scope. After final approval, we will provide you with the appropriate guarantees and certificates relating to the works carried out to finalise the insurance claim and bring the claim to a close.
