Golfing Around at Charity Golf Day
Pickford Builders took some time out from their busy insurance repairs schedule to participate in the annual charity golf day at Fynn Valley Golf Club in Ipswich, marking their second year at the event. Pickford sponsored the course’s signature hole, the par-3 sixth, famously known for producing hole-in-ones. Unfortunately, the feat of a life-time remained elusive on this occasion!
Supporting Prostate Cancer UK
The Pickford team, captained by Carl Finbow, delivered a solid performance, finishing 12th out of 24 teams with a very commendable 76 Stableford points. The event supported Prostate Cancer UK, and raised an impressive £3,000 for the charity.
The Pickford team were delighted to take part and look forward to supporting this important event in 2025 and maybe next time achieving a hole-in-one!
