Step 1: Insurance contact and repair schedule

Following our appointment by your Insurer, your dedicated Insurance Co-ordinator from the Pickford team will contact you to arrange the initial visit with your Pickford Contracts Manager. Your Contracts Manager will visit the site to assess the damage and then provide a schedule of the required repairs for approval by your Insurance Company.

Step 2: Professional building repairs in Essex

Once approved and following our instruction to proceed, our site team will carry out the agreed repairs promptly and professionally. Throughout the repair phase your Pickford Insurance Co-ordinator will liaise with you to ensure smooth delivery of your property repairs.
All alterations and variations required during the works will be submitted for approval directly to your insurance company to help minimise any on site delays.
