At Pickford Builders, the health and safety of our employees, sub-contractors, clients and the public are our top priorities.

Our dedicated Health, Safety Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Manager, Dan Shaw, is responsible for overseeing the monitoring and review of our HSEQ procedures as well as ensuring that Pickford Builders and our sites are fully compliant with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) regulations. Dan’s role involves visiting sites to monitor activities, establishing policies and procedures and organising regulatory training.

Additionally, we partner with the Eastern Builders Safety Group, a trusted organisation that provides expert guidance and support on all aspects of Health and Safety. The Eastern Builders Safety Group has a number of accreditations including membership to RoSPA, British Safety Council, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. This collaboration helps us maintain a professional and proactive approach in managing our health and safety activities
