Pickford Builders have been established over 100 years, and have had a specialist team dedicated to insurance repair works since 2007.
We have a team of skilled tradesmen including electricians, plumbers, plasterers, painters and decorators, carpenters and tilers.
We carry out insurance repairs to domestic, commercial and industrial premises, usually whilst occupied. We work closely with the building owners and/or occupants to complete the repairs with minimal disruption and inconvenience.
Your insurance claim
Once Pickford Builders are appointed by the Insurance Company, as the Policy Holder we will allocate you a dedicated Contracts Manager and Project Co-ordinator, to help you through the insurance repair process from start to finish.
The Contracts Manager and Project Co-ordinator work closely together to manage and produce an efficient and well managed reinstatement project to comply with your requirements, whilst fulfilling the terms & conditions of the insurance policy. The Contracts Manager will visit your premises and deal with the technical issues of the repair work, whilst the Project Co-ordinator will manage the insurance claim from the office and liaise with all parties, to enable the claim to be concluded satisfactorily and as swiftly as is possible.
